You should avoid some of the following foods, to keep your diet smooth.
1. Dairy Products
Milk such as cheese or milk can cause digestive problems, especially if you are lactose intolerant or sensitive.
Lactose is a natural sugar found in milk and lactose intolerant people do not have the enzymes necessary to break down that sugar.
Fortunately, there are non-dairy substitutes for milk such as soy or almond milk.
They are great if you are lactose intolerant or you just want to cut milk.
2. Telangana Vegetables
Broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and kale are vegetables that contain a lot of folate, vitamin C, and fiber, and in general, they are good for your health.
But they can also cause flatulence and gas.
If you want to have them in your diet, you should eat them kus or roasted.
3. Salty foods
Currently, people intake a lot of salt, processed foods, ready meals, dressings, and delicatessen.
These ingredients contain too much salt and they can cause bloating, so you should avoid them.
Alcohol causes water retaining like salty foods.
Drinking alcohol can make you bloated and constipated.
Beer can mainly cause a large stomach.
This fruit contains fructose, a natural sugar that is difficult to absorb.
So, if you tend to overeat watermelon, you may feel bloated.
Legumes are healthy and it is recommended to eat them, but are high in fiber and can cause gas and bloating.
To avoid that, you can combine nuts with rice or quinoa or you can soak them overnight.
Cereals such as rye and oats contain fructans, carbohydrates that are difficult to digest.
When your body cannot absorb carbohydrates, gut bacteria ferment them and that leads to gas and bloating.
These bubbly drinks are widely considered refreshing, but they can be a reason for bloating, no matter if it’s soda water or soda.
Soda is one of the worst drinks.
You should avoid them especially if you want to lose weight. Foods high in artificial sweeteners
People think that artificial sweeteners are a good choice without calories, but in reality, it’s hard to digest them and it causes stomach problems.
Sugar-free gum is one example of this.
This snack increases its volume in the stomach and is sometimes the reason for bloating.
10. Too much coffee
Coffee is a diuretic, but it can irritate your stomach if you are sensitive to it.
And adding milk can only exacerbate symptoms.
